Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern website design, development, hosting, maintenance, support, and related services provided by Arcadian Edge LLC, trade name Arcadia Websites.

By approving a proposal, submitting payment, using Arcadia Websites services, or continuing to work with Arcadia Websites, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms are intended for standard business websites. Arcadia Websites does not currently offer e-commerce websites.

1. Services Provided

Arcadia Websites provides website design, development, launch support, hosting setup, website management, maintenance, and small monthly content updates for local businesses and other clients.

The specific services included in your project depend on the plan, quote, invoice, or proposal you approve. Any work not included in the approved scope may be quoted separately or billed at the Arcadia Websites hourly rate.

2. Website Plans

Arcadia Websites may offer multiple service options, including Managed Website, Self-Hosted Build, and Managed Payment Plan options.

Plan pricing, deposits, monthly care plan commitments, source code handoff, hosting setup, support, and cancellation terms depend on the approved proposal and the plan selected.

3. Deposits and Payment

Deposits are required before work begins. Work will not begin until the required deposit has been paid and the project scope has been approved.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor selected by Arcadia Websites. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Client Responsibilities, Ownership, and Support

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, content, account access, and approvals needed to complete the project.

Ownership, source code, project transfer, domain transfer, and handoff rights are provided according to the selected plan after required balances and commitments have been paid in full.

Hosting, maintenance, support, search engine setup, accessibility, privacy, contact forms, and third-party services are governed by the detailed terms on this page.

Disputes, Liability, and Contact

The full terms include provisions covering chargebacks, late payments, suspension, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, jurisdiction, severability, changes, and notices.
